Built on the shared passion of Sharon and Scott, Care Inspire is a Registered NDIS support service provider based in Rouse Hill, serving Sydney Northwest Hills District and surrounding suburbs with warmth, reliability and purpose.

Meet Our Founders
Sharon Waters
Registered Nurse | Co-Founder
Sharon, a Registered Nurse and former Care Manager with over 16 years of experience in aged care, brings clinical knowledge and values-driven leadership to Care Inspire. From her early days as an Assistant in Nursing she has seen the life changing impact of personalised care and how much people valued being supported in their own homes and communities. Her passion for helping people stay connected to their loved ones, homes and community inspired the creation of Care Inspire. She has always believed that great care begins with respect, purpose and meaningful connection.
Sharon also holds a degree of Business Administration major in Entrepreneurial Management and combines healthcare experience with over a decade of banking experience to lead Care Inspire with both heart and operational excellence.
Scott Waters
Business Analyst | Co-Founder
Scott brings more than 30 years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst and has a strong background in communication, process improvement and team leadership. His approach ensures Care Inspire operates with integrity, efficiency, and a deep commitment to those we serve.
Driven by his values—integrity, curiosity, resilience and responsibility—Scott co-founded Care Inspire to create a people-first organisation where every individual, family, and staff member is empowered to grow.
